My Story

Time Wizard Custom Guitars started as a teenage obsession—taking guitars apart, figuring out what made them great (or not), and eventually building my own. Over the years, that obsession turned into a serious craft.

In 2020, I decided to go all in, turning what had always been a passion project into something bigger. Around the same time, the world shut down, and while everything outside felt uncertain, I just kept doing what I knew—building guitars and winding pickups. It was never about mass production or chasing trends. I wanted to make instruments that felt alive, that had character, clarity, and the right kind of imperfections that make vintage guitars so special.

My guitars are heavily inspired by classic Fender designs—Jazzmasters, Teles, Strats—but with the attention to detail and hand-built quality that you don’t get off the rack. The pickups are scatterwound, built to vintage-correct specs, and designed for high dynamic range, rich harmonics, and clarity that cuts through the mix without getting harsh. If you’re after that unmistakable vintage feel with a bit of modern refinement, that’s what I do.

I’m not a big company. It’s just me, working out of my workshop in Amsterdam, making guitars and pickups one at a time. If you want something built with care, something that feels like a real player’s instrument, get in touch. I’d love to work on something with you.
